Experienced and imaginative native-English course writer to provide text for 2-day, professional development seminar on delivering \"quality customer service\".
The content will form the basis of 4 x 1.5 hr presentations, and will be reproduced as a take-out print product. The book will come to about 60-70 laid out pages (with diagrams, charts etc.).
We will supply detailed outline to show the required content. You will need to research and write original copy. You will also need to write a range of activities, case studies, review projects and quizzes. (further specifications available at interview stage).
