Academic Writing - II

I need a 4000 word book summary written on Scaling up Excellence by Rober I Sutton and Huggy Rao. The book smmary will be similar to those offered by “Blinkist”, and their service is available both online and on iOS/Android platforms. I will strongly recommend you to take a look at them so you have an exact idea of what I want. (They have a 3-days free trial period) You don’t actually need to summarise the whole book (or the book as a whole), just simply pick 11 or so key ideas and elaborate on them, around 300 words or so for each idea Write a final summary (approx. 400-500 words) on the ideas you have gone through Write an overview of the book, answering the following questions: What is the book about? Who should read this book? Skills you will learn from the book (point form) Who is the author (approx 70 words) The summaries are targeted so that our readers can learn the main teachings/ideas of the book in a quick 15 min read. Some specific comments: 1. Don’t refer to the author. Don’t refer back to the book. Simply write out the lessons learned and discuss in them your own words as if you are the person saying it and not the author or the book. 2. You don’t need to summarise according to the chapters they have in the book. What we want is 10-11 teachings or ideas from the book and for you to elaborate on them. They do NOT need to follow the chapters of the original book. Also, no plagiarism will be tolerated. This isn't much of a high paying project - I'm on a budget, but I can assure you of regular work as I need several hundred of these written by December.
