I have a web site for Realtors only . 4 packages to choose from to place ad in the web site .Example first package they pay (buy) $44.99 (one listing upload ..$107.99 (3listings,upload )advertising).Select package than takes them to PayPal payment set up .They pay with credit cards .After payment has been accepted and done .than it should take them back to the web site listing upload page ,were the Realtor enters the description of the house and uploads pictures, ,number of bed rooms, number of washrooms, number of bedrooms ,etc.... .The upload page is already set up. Just that after payment is accepted it does not take them to the listing upload page for that one listed property. We did the test with Sandbox and it worked fine (paid PayPal and after it took the Realtor to the listing set upload listing information. What do I have to do in WprdPress

User will choose any package-> Paypal Payment-> Upload Property. This is the main essence of this project. Admin will test it with sandbox ( payment part), & if works fine, then listing page arrive. - Will there be any chat module integrated with the website so that customer can contact with realtors when needed? - Will it be a portal for sale of the property or it will be a rental portal only? I am planning to use any suitable WordPress theme for this website. Please tell me if you've issue?
