assist with publishing html module to windows mobile phone app

I have developed an html module that displays multiple-choice and true / false quiz questions from a database file – questions.js. The quiz is web or browser based and the user can answer multiple choice questions. The functionality is complete – no need to develop further. I have used this to create iPhone and Android apps. I do NOT have any experience with publishing apps on Microsoft Windows 8 or Windows Phone. I need someone to take this and convert this. Tasks are as follows: - Convert to Windows Phone mobile format - Convert to Windows 8 desktop format - Assist me with publishing this on Windows store. Create packages and then show me how I can do this. Walk me through the steps involved. Important Notes 1. Apps will be published using my account 2. I need to be able to do this on my own after this task - so you will need to deliver a complete and editable package 3. You must provide full and detailed instructions on how I can easily copy, update content and publish new / additional quizzes. I understand CSS and html and can make changes if necessary on code level. 4. You should be available for support if needed throughout and after this process. This might involve screen sharing sessions etc. Please provide links or screenshots to show me that you can deliver on this task. I look forward to chatting with you.
