PSD to HTML5 / CSS3 - More Work

Need PSD to HTML5 workers that can meet the following specifications. Large amount of repeat work available. REQUIREMENTS: 1) Must render properly in latest versions of Chrome / Firefox / Internet Explorer 2) Must be able to apply advanced CSS2 / CSS3 HTML5 effects with high level of skill. 3) Your pages will include either Zen Foundation or Twitter Bootstrap CSS libraries + jQuery, and be compatible with them. 4) Your pages will use modernizr. OPTIONAL: 5) Create responsive layouts 6) Javascript ability NOT ALLOWED: 7) Automated means / low quality results. We are very familiar with these methods. Do not use them. IN YOUR PMB: Bid the amount you will charge per 5 pages with 3 revisions. Show examples of previous work. Tell how soon you can begin and how many days to complete 5 pages.
