Hi folks, I have a requirement for a site selling project concessions / franchises and the management of ownership, sale by auction of pre-owned investments, viewing of general info on the the projects for investment etc. The “initial” public site - Clean, professional home page, contact page, current investments for sale page, member sign in, general news, social aspect (eg providing employment, future local economic growth, gallery, green issues etc. Purchasing investment- Potential purchasers accept suitable terms and conditions create an account on the site and purchase the desired investment(s). Payment made via Paypal API gateway (unless suitable private merchant services gateway at a sensible rate can be obtained, it will however mean the site requires an SSL site certificate to show that the site is secure). Successfully completed purchases see the buyer receive a completed purchase certificate personalised to them sent to there own registered email account, and through the in site messaging system. Signed up members Logging into members site allows specific news on there particular investment, images, video + project news etc. Sale of investment option to offer any owned investment for sale via in house auction facility where members log in and place an emailed bid. auctions to run for a set duration. Once this step has been selected they are removed as a "user" from that project and cannot cancel the auction. Buy more investments in other projects for sale through the site. Access to auction site to purchase currently owned investments from other owners who are selling. Admin tool- Site admins can log into add new content to news pages, investment content, investment sales, answer emails/queries, upload images/video to general & investment galleries, admin users. See current auctions, when they close etc and the purchase paper work for purchases through the auction. Some previous experience within this type of market place would be useful, examples of work also required. Timescale is up and running in 6 weeks max.
