I am can do this project for 12000 INR or 200 USD exclusive of Freelancer commission, However, in the bid I had to put 5000 USD because that's the lowest I have to bid, which you can ignore. Hi, I find that translation from Hindi to English comes easily to me, and you will find a sample in my portfolio as well. More samples can be provided in a chat window. I do realise that subtitling may be a little different, where the context of the scene has to be understood before a relevant translation can be given. Again, no literal translations, of course.
