USPS Click-N-Ship print to Dymo 450XL (4x6 printer)

USPS Click-N-Ship creates PDF shipping labels suitable for letter size paper. To print this shipping label to a Dymo 450XL we are exporting it to jpeg then cropping the label and printing it to Dymo 450XL. To automate this process we need a software to recognize the shipping label portion of the PDF and automatically send it to the label printer. We are requiring a windows application when a pdf is dropped on the executable (program shortcut) it will detect the rectangle shaped area and print it to the DYMO 400XL printer. it would be ok to print the pre selected area since the location does not change. Deliverables of this project: Fully functional program. win32 and x64 compatible Fully compilable source code. Installer if it consists of multiple files Please note we do not pay for effort. There will not be a payment until the program is fully functional. We only pay for the fully functional program at the end of the project.
