Correct google crawler with proper sitemap and [login to view URL] and remove the issue "The website may be hacked"

Hi,
A small but critical issue has turned up in my website. There seems to be some malicious links which are added to google search console and a google search of my website gets redirected to malicious links. Also, the search shows that "the website may be hacked".
1) The search console does not detect the [url removed, login to view] from the server.
2) The website otherwise works great. It does not have any issue accessing directly from URL bar. (Just an issue of google search crawler. The facebook crawler and twitter crawler too work great)
So, what I need is, update the crawler to show the correct website (I do not care if the website does not come in the first page of search results.)
And improvements to avoid future issues. (And any suggestions too, would be great)
