I am very privileged to work with your company on this project. My understanding of the project is that your company is planning to deal in a product already being sold in another country, in the US. The Company seeks the services of a legal consultant cum researcher to first advise on the legal implications of proceeding with this product in the US; and where there may be legal implications, to advise on how the Company will partner with the other company in another country for the project, where the company does not have affiliate in the US.
