Project Description

Thank you for bidding:

You are bidding on one (1) 2D to 3D conversion, there are over 100 conversions in this project (if you do good work you can receive additional conversions)

This project requires 3D skills and the understanding of CNC aluminum 3 or 5 axis (please specify) milling machining/process

NOTE/BRIEF:

You will receive a 100x150cm (or similar size), JPG or AI format, 2D image made of circles of different colors, the image has a main figure made of several color circles (face/body/hair etc.,) and a background usually made of one color circles

You will convert the one color background into a flat CNC machined holes

You will convert the figure into a 3D organic shape (each color group as a separate piece), so that it protrudes form the background

The figure should be designed so that it can also standalone (without the background), like a sculpture with a small stand (and/or be incorporated into the background like a hung painting)

Each of the color pieces will be machined separately, anodized separately (to match the original color) and then assembled together

Assembly will be done with screws (the sculpture will be shipped in separate pieces to save on shipping volume)

Deliverables:

Front, rear and side views of the 3D conversion in 2D JPG’s for approval, hi-res (with sizes)

Front and side view of the individual 3D color and background pieces for approval (with sizes)

DXF and STEP, IGS files for CNC 3 or 5 axis machining

BOM, weight information and assembly instructions

You are required to sign an NDA
