I am looking for a product designer to produce a 3D model of an underwater swimming pool light. I already have an initial design, but I need a designer to model the product in solidworks. There will be 3 three different sizes of the same product and these will also need modelling. There are a few critical factors that must be designed into the product. The product must be IP68 rated so extensive experience of knowing how to seal a product to IP68 is essential. The product will be constructed using a variety of materials e.g 316L stainless steel, Polycarbonate plastic etc. so a good sound knowledge of material properties is necessary. Once the design is complete each of the 3 products is to be supplied with full solidworks files .sldprt, .sldasm, .slddrw along with BOM. I would prefer off the shelf products for parts such as cable glands, o-rings etc. So UK/European supplier information is to be supplied as well. Finally, each product is to be supplied with detailed full assembly, and individual part for manufacturing drawings so a good understanding of GD&T is a must.
