joomla setup and design changes

i have made some alterations to the design via a jpg that the client has validated so basically we need the joomla site to look like the jpg. please see the two jpgs attached notes on design changes : 1) all changes should respond nicely 2) the new menus at the top are dropdown menus on desktop and tablet - for mobile we need a system - lets discuss ? 3) when we go into the pages relating to the top new dropdown menus then the background page color should change slightly to reflect that (but this will require some work in joomla template source later) we can deal with it when things are setup notes on joomla integration - please use the joomla 3 install 1) this is a multi language site and should have different pages / menus for each language - the langs are FR(default) ESP ENG some reading on multi lauguage : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2) heres a note on the modules for the frontpage : [login to view URL] 3) we dont need to use K2 - it does not seem to be working with the joomla 3 version 4) here are the menu structures main menu : > Acceuil > Sur place > Activities > Documents > Photos > Liens > Contact & Dons top menus : COMMUNE > Presentation de la commune > L'equipe municipale > La vie associative > Les commerces & les artisans > Informations pratique TOURISME > Le domaine de l'Abbe Sauniere > Decouvrir le domaine > Espace Presse > Tarifs > Boutique
