301300 Website and logo design

I just purchased a topsite script, its installed but i don't want the skin it currently has. If you want to bid on this project please understand that you need to have knowledge of PHP. I want the whole site redesigned as wells as css, banner and logo design. Here is what i want to be done: 1) Logo design 250x90 should say TopSitesKafe 2) Small banner, 88x31, gif Frames: [login to view URL] this site? [login to view URL] here to vote [login to view URL] 3) Skin, banner and logo design should include crystal blue, crystal orange, crystal green, and crystal red colors. Background color should be white. You can call it a portal design. Once again, this site should be different, creative, clean and professional.
