508353 Global Classifieds website needed

Hi all, I need to get a really powerful global classifieds website live for a client. I have the domain name and the server. I need you to get the software capabilities to run a very detailed site - there are many scripts on the internet which would work well. It will need a cover page with promoted ads, premium lists, choose country (this will be a global site), ad words set up, spaces for buy ads and affiliate banner ads, photo upload, registration, email confirmation, payment gateway etc etc. There are scripts out there that can set this up in seconds (I just don't plan paying their prices for them!!! :)) You would simply need to get the script, move the domain to the server, set it all up, activate a few things, probably tidy up the themeing to make it individual. Oh, and I need to hand this over to the client on Sunday morning!!! I have a set price for this work - and it is not big! I need a dedicated person over the next 48 hours, to focus, get this live and finish. I may appoint int he next hour or so, if I get good proposals from people who have correctly read the above.
