Guitar Tuner App expanded

I want to build an app that allows someone to go to my website and tune their guitar It should be able to listen to the guitar via the inbuilt mic, or plugged into the mic input I will provide graphic design. Software must be able to sample the note, find out its average frequency and show its note number and sharp or flat. It also needs a needle to show where it is (sharp or flat) It needs 3 buttons (lower than the note, Exactly on the note, above the note) It needs a button and drop down menu to select the type of guitar being tuned so a graphic will show which striong is which note Must be super simple to use
