Date/timepicker with PHP and working for native mobile

I need a developer who can create the following and built it in my EXISTING source. Script should be custom and based on my pre created database structure. - Admin can select the: * Opening days of the shop (monday, tuesday, etc.) * Select opening start time * Select closing time * Select available spots to make a booking * Select time span (each 30 minutes, each 60 minutes, etc) - After this the admin can select some other settings: * Block date / date range: days that no reservation can be made * Custom availablity spots: (select day/range) that there are another number of available spots to book) * Custom time start/end date: (select day/range) that there are other times to book - The customer: * Click the imput field -> datepicker show up -> customer select available date / time -> if available spots is > 1 also select the number of spots -> finished NOTE AGAIN: the script should work without a problem on native mobiles (so HTML5 solutions)
