Bookmarking Website Project

I am looking for a programmer to design a bookmarking website (see [login to view URL] if you have never heard of this kind of service). The most important aspect of this project is to make the users experience as swift and easy as possible when using the service and therefore extensive use of ajax seems paramount. I would be very grateful if you or someone you know would be interested in this project or at least provide some guidance.
