Project Description: We need a chat client/server simliar to Paltalk (earlier versions before Messenger type PalTalk/Inspeak with the same functions different GUI. Administrator Controls to be simliar as well..Kicking..Muting..bans for Users. Invisiblity,Muting,Kicking,Banning (mulitple forms), mulitple staff levels with corrosponding powers and ability for upper staff to restrict user access to certain rooms. Also included needs to be advertising and multi colored nicknames that can be purcharsed and given by the server as well as Program Administartors overiding [login to view URL] MUST include Voice, Video and Text. Nicknames will receive premium features . complete information will given to the winner bid . most important :- the software should be multi language . the user should be able to import contact from yahoo & msn ..etc . color system for nickname which used in paltalk we need some thing like . many thanks.
