Need a web developer with PHP, CSS, JS, AJAX, HTML - repost

Need a Web developer who knows PHP, CSS, Ajax and HTML to make minor adjustments to some pages. Task1: The site is a multilingual site with two languages. Languages are set through php variables and translation files. Some 4-5 php files need to be changed to use the language parameters instead of static text Task2: need tweaks to css/layout for 2 popup windows Task3: Tweak a JS/Ajax mouseover to show additional content. In addition, optimize the javascript. It currently loads some unneeded content before loading the required content Task4: Add the Ajax Mouseover to another page of the site for a different content to be loaded based on language chosen Task5: We use symlinks for subdomans. Subdomains are exact copies of the main site ...need to ensure all subdomains are displaying correctly Please a) provide a total hour estimate b) allow 2-3 days of testing once you are done before requesting the milestone(s) to be released.
