mobile app alert for Payments ..etc ( for soccer academic )

i have small soccer academy i would like to have app that works for both android and iPhone the main goal of the app is to make a Reminder to me and to the parents of the kids of the payments So when a student register on date 02/5/2017 and he picked 1 Month , then in 02/06/2017 Should Notify me ( admin ) and the Parent that the student has Completed 1 month and he must renew if he wants to Continue attendance to the academy ( he can pay using payment gateaway or Cash he can Chose , if Cash was Chosen , he needs to visit with his kids to the academy to pay for him or renew Sub Future is Event notification : so when we for example have a match against another academy or team , we will make an event with date of the match and time ( Riyadh Time ) and student names that will play , 1 day before that event a notification for admin and their parents should appear to remind them ( through app or SMS message ) Sub Future : Galleries of our academy , ( Admins can post Pics, Videos ) Sub Future : last news ( admins Can post news ) Sub Future : Couches Profiles ( it will include Profile pic + Bio + Age + Nationality + CV ) Sub Future : Students Profile ( Pic + Age + place on the field + name + date of registration + Bio ) Main Future : Students Registration ( students register using our app ( date of registration will be +2 days after the exact date he signed up ) 1- Fill in Full name 2- add Age 3- add Face pic ( camera picture ) 4- add if he have any health issues/ Conditions 5- Short info of his playing history in another Academy ..etc if there are any 6- Accept terms and Policy 7- Pay ! ( Payment Gateaway or Cash ) if cash admin can approve or deny later Note : app / site Should be Fully in Arabic Language !!
