Master's student working on Machine Learning and Computer Vision problem since 2 years at CVIT, IIIT Hyderabad. Best Vision lab in India. Project is easy to implement. Simple template matching technique can be used. Or even statistical methods can be employed. I've pipeline ready for digit recognition based on template matching for a recent project I did. I can use the same for this. I'm new to freelancer.in and want to build my reputation. Hence bidding for less amount.
