am currently working in a marketing firm. One of our client is a leading export oriented garments company of Bangladesh. They don't do business in local market,hence local people,graduates and millennials are not familiar about them. The company is in a sound financial footing and has one of the best infrastructural system in place covering the entirety of the value chain. The employee benefits package on offer are attractive and the benefits package in the pipeline is extremely ambitious and suitable for life in the city. However, the company lacks a presence among the graduates from the top public and private educational institutions within Bangladesh. The company is confident of its ability to acquire line workers and its succession plan in the top management is mapped out with the founding chairman’s five children each handling their own subsidiaries. However, when it comes to attracting the top graduates of the country to its middle management position, the company is increasingly becoming frustrated.
