Setup private nameserver and install letsencrypt on Digital Ocean server and teach me

I have an instance/droplet on DigitalOcean.com. I have installed CWP([login to view URL]) on that. Now I want someone to set up my own nameserver and point it to the current droplet server. Also, I want to install LetsEncrypt SSL on the server for every domain (addon domains and subdomains). I need someone to do it infront of me. Teach me and explain to me so that I can do it for other servers also. You need to work through TeamViewer.
