Looking for a freelancer to configure an SMTP server (dkins, reverse, spf, etc.). We have a VPS and you need to install/setup mailing server for use in sending unsolicited bulk and guaranteed maximum input box delivered by email. We will have to initially send 20,000 to 30,000 emails / hour. We kindly ask you to report time for setup, a list of tasks to be performed and what value will be charged for the service.
