PDF text and images to HTML

I need someone who can re-code 72 PDF files to HTML. All of the layout and presentation is **irrelevant** and does not need to be preserved. This is an example of a PDF: [login to view URL] What i need is a <p> element for each paragraph in de PDF. I need a <img> element for all the images, which do need to be seperated from the PDF. <li> elements for all lists <img> elements for all of the mathematical stuff using google charts. For example, the first paragraph of the sample PDF: <p>Begin 2009 is de campagne Plastic Hero van start gegaan.
