NYC APARTMENT RENTAL WEBSITE

I am looking to build a new website for my furnished rental apartments in New York City. I am not happy with my present website "[login to view URL]". I would need you to fully implement the site. I would need you to take my site live. I don't know how to do any of that stuff. It presently is being hosted by Go Daddy. I want my new website 1) To look professional, 2) I want to be able to change things easily and add things with no problems 3) I want to user to navigate the website easily and in the process get much of his details so that once he makes an inquiry their is less items he need to fill out 4) I want the user to feel that he is in control of the apartment he chooses to stay at although I may at the end offer him an alternative 5) I want to use the program wordpress and only basic generic programs so that I don't have problems in the future modifying the website and everyone is familiar with these programs Below I reviewed my website [login to view URL] & other similar websites such as [login to view URL] to see how I would like my site to work.
