Fix a logo: Graphic Design -- Logo --Illustrator / Photoshop

Simple project: Fix the attached logo ([url removed, login to view]).
By "fix" I mean:
1. It needs to be either (a) an svg vector graphic, or (b) if it's a bitmap, at least 1200x1200.
2. Look at the existing logo--If you zoom in on the arrows, you'll see that the arrows are basically drawn freehand. I come from an engineering background, with CAD experience, so to me this is unacceptable.
3. The arrows' edges should align with the box. All edges should be at 0 degrees (horizontal), 45 degrees, or 90 degrees (vertical). The "arms" on the arrows should be exactly the same length.
4. There should be some sense of design and proportion.
5. The brown color is hex #432f21
6. The crimson color is hex #ca171b
7. The white is pure white.
Deliverables will be:
1. Either (a) an .SVG file, or (b) a high-res bitmap (.JPG) (1600x1600); and
2. The underlying Illustrator or Photoshop file.
