I need to set up a freelance site using the TaskerDev theme. I just have the domain and the hosting account. I need someone who has the developer license for the theme in order to reduce cost. The winner will also integrate a local payment gateway to be used for both the escrow and other payment transactions (I have the API/ SDK ). Budget is $120
