Flash and Static Banner Ads

We need a creative graphic designer (Flash/Photoshop) that can create Flash and Static Banner as like the ones seen on MSN and Yahoo home pages. We would like the large square box Ads (300 x 250) and the long banner Ads (730 x 90) as well as Tower Ads. A total of four would be needed. 2 Flash (1 Square Box, 1 Long Ad), 2 Static (1 Square Box, 1 Tower). We will provide you with logo and text, you provide the creativity and additional text. All are invited and welcome to bid on this, but we would very much like to see samples of your work before accepting your bid. In fact, depending on your RAC history, we may request that first send in a DEMO so we can see your style as it is easy to download and save someone else’s work. Those of you that have the skills we require should have no problem should we ask this of you. We will also need you for long term projects as well, so please let us know if you will be interested in this as well ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
