I am an Israeli attorney. I am dealing with obaining Portuguese citizenship for Sephardi Jews. As part of my work, the Jewish community of Porto sends for each of my clients an envelope with a certificate by regular post. Each month they send my clients around 30 envelopes. Due to the inefficiency of the Israeli postal service, a letter takes 60 days to arrive, and sometimes never arrives. I want to change this. I need a freelancer with a delivery address in Porto, Portugal. The envelopes will be send to his address. Each time an envelope arrives, the freelancer will open the envelope and send me a scan of the certificate that arrived. When instructed (probably once a week) the freelancer will send me the certificates by express post with a tracking number. Freelancer will be paid a fee for each certificate + his costs for the shipment will be reimburses, when presenting a scanned receipt. Freelancer should state his fee per certificate + detail the cost and time of delivery of sending and envelope with 10 pages by express post from Porto to Israel. If there are several express shipping options freelancer should detail them. In any case, delivery cannot be longer then 14 days. I will be in Porto 13-14.6.17, and I would like to meet the freelancer.

Hi, there are a lot of options to send to you the certificates back less than the 14 days. CTT the national mail service, provides a tracking number for registered services and the expected delivery time is normally 5 working days for the Rest of World (Up to 2Kg). There's also more expensive solutions that will be like a next day service, by UPS, TNT or DHL. I can Check all prices and let you know. I leave in the outskirts of Porto, but very close, only 15 minutes away by car. And i am available for a face to face meeting. Thank You.

I borned in Porto so I do have an adress in the city but it's my parent's house because I'm currently living in Coimbra. I may ask if there's a problem to you if the envelopes were send to my adress here in Coimbra. I would still meet you in Porto. My fee is probably the lowest of the bids because I don't think it's a very hard work and as I said I think it would facilitate many people's lifes so I want to help, Here in Portugal you have 3 shipping types: green (up to 7 days), blue (up to 5 days) and registered (up to 5 days). In my opinion the registered is the one that suites better in this case because they're important documents so they wouldn't get lost in the track and it's as fast as the blue. Of course it's also the most expensive but than it's up to you. If you dont choose me for your task good luck anyway! (:
