I am building a risk register and new to Access. Attached is a db with tblRiskRegister which has a RiskID, Description, Likelihood, Consequence. The Likelihood and consequence determine the risk rating as per the attached image. I need someone to help me structure this so that for a given likelihood and consequence, the risk rating is applied to the Risk record.
