Kinect PCL Streaming Software + Unreal Engine Plugin

Note: this is for the Kinect 2 from the Xbox ONE, NOT Xbox 360.
Develop a Windows Form application that will read Kinect 2 Data and stream Pointcloud Data over the Internet. Develop plugin for Unreal Engine to recieve the pointcloud data and place it as an object within the game world. I can supply any necessary server space.
Bonus pay: allow use of multiple kinect sensors. Each Kinect 2 requires a computer, so the sending apps would have to run on 3 seperate computers as well as calibrate their angles and connect together. (Potentially a master/slave option for the sending software, with the master showing all 3 views together.) The Unreal Engine plugin must remain to recieve data from all 3 kinects but appear as one.
Bonus pay 2: Triangulization of pointcloud data to transform pointcloud into a 3D mesh for sake of bandwidth optimization.
