I would like to hire an Android Developer -- 2

We have a Wi-Fi Analytics Tool app on the Android store (Amped Wireless) and google has asked us to add a simple Privacy Policy link in our app. We need somebody's help in doing so. We have the source code for the app. The App currently does not have a page or link for the privacy policy so that will need to be created. we need to have this done within a week. its a very simple job but we need to make sure its done correctly and on time.
