I am looking to build a house and therefore started a ArchiCAD project which you will be provided with. Screenshots of the File you can find attached. I am looking for a dedicated ArchiCAD Expert to take this model to the detailed phase to be able to create contracts for contractors, create a budget by having lists and schedules and being able to switch and try different objects as a whole (e.g. changing all plugs, changing all doors etc) - so therefore i am looking for an individual ArchiCAD Expert who is interested in a interseting job and who really knows what he or she is doing! My style and respect for the people i work with can be seen in my reviews, so I am looking forward to work with an inspired and dedicated person. If there are questions I am happy to answer them. Hello. First of all, do you just need architectural plans or 3D modeling? Because in your text you talked about the style of the doors and so on. I can help you as an experienced architect, but almost new to freelancing. I know AutoCAD, 3dsmax, sketchup, etc. I hope you are successful in this project as well.
