I can do this in 6 days and i have good knowledge of lighting, rendering and aftereffects. I will do this in blender3d and substance painter.

I have been working in blender for more than three years now. If you provide the 3d models, I can do this animation in blender. For that semi-transparent inner part, I might have to edit the video a bit. I can do that in adobe premiere pro, by masking out. I swear, you will love the output file.
