I run a growing web-development agency in Bengaluru and need a reliable full-stack engineer who can jump straight into an existing 15 (App Router) code-base, keep it healthy, and steadily improve it. For at least the first three to six months you will concentrate on maintaining and optimizing existing code rather than building green-field features. That means tracking down bugs, tightening database queries written with Prisma ORM against MySQL 8.0, cleaning up React 19 components, and squeezing more speed out of TailwindCSS-styled pages served behind Nginx.
