I am in need of a Moodle expert to help me complete missing coursework and grades for a private adult training course. Almost all of the coursework and grades are missing and I have a specific deadline of one week to complete them. This is an instance that was recently upgraded from M3 to M4 and moved to a new server. Almost everything is intact. The course module content is intact. Almost all of the students essays and grades are showing as incomplete- even though the student has an entry in the Grade Book.

I am looking for someone to add mobile support for my Moodle plugin.

I need to upgrade Moodle. We currently have Moodle 3.2. I need it to upgrade to 3.9 and then to latest stable version of 4. The site is live, so you will need to transfer to a subdomain or have a duplicate in a different folder with new database (we can discuss this) Test all functionality and update if needs be (particularly theme if needs be) Once the test site is upgraded and tested to ensure everything works well, migrate to live.
