A Writer - Responsible for conceptualizing, writing, and revising scripts. Must have great story-telling skills. 2. A Director - Will translate the script into visuals. Must have strong leadership skills and an eye for detail. 3. A Producer - Will handle the operational and administrative side of production process. An ability to manage budget, schedule and oversee production process is critical.
