I need to obtain a quality score of the fingerprint image from 0-100. I have attached a sample vb.net project with a picturebox and two buttons. the first button will simply load an existing bitmap file of the fingerprint into the picturebox. the second button will use either a pre-existing dll or an algorithm to determine the quality score of the fingerprint image.
