    I need a 3d video game engine developed for me, I need it to be able to support first and third person and I needs to be easy to use. It needs to have its own form of scripting, and it must be VERY simple. This engine must support dx12 and is required to be able to publish to Android and PC. unlimited updates are required. This is a big task. The engine should be somewhat similar to "Game Guru".

    For a start this project will only require DX12 low level support which includes: 1. Texture2D 2. RenderTarget 3. DepthRenderTarget 4. BackBuffer 5. Submission queue with commands to the device 6. Heaps for textures, geometry, index buffers. (upload and default heaps) 7. Command lists generated on the number of threads.
