I am a small IT company and one of my clients has an existing website and needs a new website The highest priority is that the website will be found locally within 5 cities in Ireland. Hits from these cities count. Any other hits outside Ireland do not matter. This website MUST be designed and created in such a way that it attracts local visitors.
