     Looks like whoever posted this posted a duplicate. Check out the brief description, and prize amount. Identical - $28 USD
     
     "The requirements are as follows:
     
     1. Collect 10 movies released in 2018, and rank them according to reviews/comments on the internet or your own feelings if you've watched it.
     2. About 2,000 words.
     3. One trailer or picture for each movie.
     4. Be original and express your opinion. NO Plagiarism!"
     
     The difference is - THIS Contest (ID#1407274) is operated by someone claiming to be resident in the United States - the other (ID#1406882), by someone claiming to live in Hong Kong.
     
     Both call for the inclusion of copyrighted material. The Winner of ID#1406882 shouldn't even have been passed. The had no right to use the image elements included.

  #increaseprize - Seconded to Mr Whetstones comment - thirded, fouthed and fithed - assuming that's actually a thing..
  
  A typical "Top 5" list article pays the equivalent of $50.00 bucks for around 1000 words - so for a 2000 word list article you're under commercial value by a good $70 bucks. We can go to any such site running such articles and get paid directly $100 bucks on the work and don't have to pay brokerage on the job - so there is little percentage ourselves submitting at this cost.

     Also - copyrighted images. We cannot - under ANY circumstance - submit work containing copyrighted images/trailers. They don't get passed, we don't get paid.
     
     Please - we need you to remove the term calling for copyrighted image/trailers in your jobs description. Freelancer won't pass the work. You're also required by T&C not to encourage people to use copyrighted images illegally, so if you could ask the entrants that have used such material to withdraw their current - terms violating entries - and resubmit without the infringement elements - that would be appreciated.

  For 2000 words, a prize of $28 USD is far too low, especially given that Freelancer will deduct taxes and fees on the writers' end. I urge you to consider an #increaseprize and watch as it also increases the number of quality entries from experienced writers.
  
  As writers, we cannot continue to accept low pay rates for high amounts of work because it drives the overall quality down for clients such as yourself and for us writers.
