Contest Brief

I work at VIA Seating in Reno, NV. I am looking for a dynamic design for a visual management board for skill sets. 36"X48" magnetic whiteboard. Board needs to consist of a list of employees, VS1 skillsets for upholstery, assembly, kitting, w/f, cutting. Same skill sets for VS2/3. Add for progression and details. Skill sets can be abbreviated for more space. Most boards have the list of employees as left align. I want something different, maybe employees across the top with the different value streams staggered. It is a blank whiteboard and we pinstripe tape and could use magnets. Mostly black but use your imagination. Good luck, and I can't wait to see what you come up with!
