We would need eye catching Unique Selling Point - slogans for business

We want to encourage households to live sustainably and generate surplus green energy from renewable sources, to get more incentives for being planet caring and monetize green activities and investments.

Moreover, we will encourage homeowners, internationally, to retrofit their homes to get more incentive for living sustainable lifestyle as part of Serenity Ecosystem, instantaneously monetize investment.

Serenity will become the new energy retailer, renewable energy generator and sustainable residential developer delivering net-zero dwellings (estates).

Blockchain - smart contract utilization will minimize administrative costs and provide the digital proof of ownership. A bad debt will be eliminated through up-front deposits and real-time energy purchase micro-transactions.

Majority of proceeds will be used for saving the planet and Serenity community growth by building more sustainable and energy self-sufficient estates and new renewable energy production facilities. Serenity will invest in variety of projects related to renewable energy production and switching them to be new platforms for the renewable energy generation.

All comunity members will be rewarded for Carbon Credits due to CO2e reduction.

Every Serenity member will be earning CARBON credits based on two criteria:
1. House green star ratings
2. Produced renewable energy
Serenity will certify Carbon Credits and trade on international Carbon Credit Exchanges for the best possible price. Customers will receive Carbon Token reward.

Serenity will create a platform for a pool of small-scale crypto miners to partake in “socially responsible mining activities.” Based on spot electricity price and calculated crypto mining returns, Serenity will decide which way is more profitable for community members.

Businesses looking for funding will submit request, after automated due diligence assessment, fractalization contract with set out ROI and approved number of FRACTALS created, and mini crowdfunding can start.
New-created FRACTALS can be purchased only with SERENITY tokens.

Serenity Investments rules will favour:
1. Passive and net-zero homes property development
2. Commercial renewable electricity generating projects
For investors, fractalization smart contract will guaranty ROI promise fulfilled at given maturity time and under defined terms.
New renewable energy farms will be generators within Serenity Utility without right to leave the Pool and sell electricity to someone else.

      We were all awarded a portion of the prize money. However, I was still forced to withdraw my entry because the portion I received ($5.25 AUD) is not equivalent to a proper entry purchase, complete with the signed handover process.

      The client does not have a legal right or claim to any of our entries until that handover process is completed, and the winning entry is awarded the prize money that the contest holder promised.

      This is why I have withdrawn my entry.

      I would love to resubmit it if the contest holder gets in touch with me.
