Seeking t-shirt design for startup. Designer will be asked to e-sign a simple non-disclosure agreement.

1st Shirt will contain contain two lines of text (centered) and 3 check boxes (left-aligned) to look like a shopping list.

We plan on getting a new shirt design every 2 weeks if working with you goes well.
