Contest Brief

i have always used the term, (in a gym enviroment. Have a Fucking GO or now just HAFG
i have made one very simple tshirt with just the letters on it but moving forward i am looking at expanding this a brand and would love a logo/tshirt design i can use in the future..

truly open to ideas

bu the focus should be
working hard
pushng beyond where you thought you were capable
taking yourself out of your comfort zone
pain
good mental health
making you better

i have attached a photo of what i have made in the past. nothing special
