HI ALL !

Attached please find the dwg file for land measurements reference.
The land number is 101/2018
The setback regulation is 5 meters on front 5 meters on back 3 meters on left and 3 meters on right.
Maximum allowed construction is 2 floors ground and 1st floor

i would like to design townhouse 4 facing abolition road and 4 facing the other road which is unnamed
the idea is to develop 8 townhouses all connected as one building with each townhouse having its own yard in front of each individual town house

the desired area of each town house is to be 3 bedrooms 2.5 bath in about 100 to 120 Sqm total area per town house

the idea is also for each town house to have sufficient space for parking for 3 cars in front of each townhouse allocated yard
Also all creativity is welcomed and suggestions to make the townhouse more attractive.
Construction plans: (metric system, scale 1:100) printed on minimum A3 size paper, folded to A4-format, consisting of:
Pictures/Artists Impressions
Site plan Floor plan(s)
Cross sections(s) Elevations

Hi, I have a couple of questions that will help us to carry out your project efficiently.

1) Can you write an approximate area in square meters or approximate dimensions? Sometimes sizes from attached files are converted incorrectly.

2) Will it be necessary to place 8 townhouses on the site 101/2018?

3)Do you want us to visualize only the exterior or is the interior design also included in the project?

Hi, It will be easier to model what you are looking for if you also provide the Architectural style you want for the houses. For example, you can mention Contemporary, Mid-Century Modern, Mediterranean, Neoclassical, Victorian, Georgian, etc. Also, tell us if we can choose any Architectural style by ourselves for you.
