  Once we award you, we need same screen for tablet as well . Tablet screen are same as phone, the details will not be on other screen. It will be on the right side of the same screen. Same as iOS settings screen. I will provide more details later.

  i need some clarification.. do you only need the Patient, Documents, Visit History, Clinical Notes, Medications, Other Notes, and Billings page? or do we have to create different page for each.. for example..in the Sample New Screen, it has drop down button for each selection, do we have to create design for each selection like what we see in your current / existing screen or jsut the selection drop down button?
