Contest Brief

We want to change a horizontal TABs to a vertical list. As we need to add more tabs, we want to redesign the screen to show all the tab vertically as a list.

The current TABs are Patient, Documents, Visit History, Clinical Notes, Medications, Other Notes, and Billings.

- Every list include an icon as shown in the sample new screen( Once finalized, I will need more icons for new tabs)
- The list should have an option/icon to reorder it
- The list should be grouped as shown in the sample screen
- Keep the existing look and feel( colors and text)
- The screen is for both iOS and Android. So the design should be neutral, not specific to any OS.

    Once we award you, we need same screen for tablet as well . Tablet screen are same as phone, the details will not be on other screen. It will be on the right side of the same screen. Same as iOS settings screen. I will provide more details later.

    i need some clarification.. do you only need the Patient, Documents, Visit History, Clinical Notes, Medications, Other Notes, and Billings page? or do we have to create different page for each.. for example..in the Sample New Screen, it has drop down button for each selection, do we have to create design for each selection like what we see in your current / existing screen or jsut the selection drop down button?
